USA Karate will be hosting the Pacific NW AAU Karate Invitational Champioships on May 16, 2009. The event will be conducted at the Edmonds Home School Resource center in Edmonds, WA.
Registration forms will soon be available for this event. Divisions will be offered for all ages and skill levels; Youth Male and Female 18 & Under and Adult Male & Female 19 & Up, Beginners, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Athletes may compete in Kata, Kumite, Kobudo, and Synchronized Kata. Medals will be awarded for the top 3 finishes and merit ribbons to all participants. This event will be utilizing modifed AAU Karate rules. All athletes must be registered AAU athletes. Contact USA Karate at 206-440-5533 for more information.
